Home loan feedback mispresented

My reference number 445700 I submiited my application through email to apply home loan with FNB. Within 2days time I got feedback through a phone call to confirm it is approved on the requested amount. However there is document require to be update and submit. When I followed up with the consultant I received no response and I followed up through the call centre. Call centre indeed confirm no approval was provide and the application still with credit division. I am very disappointed that the consultant provided mispresentation on the phone.
