Home loan excess account blocked when it has excess

We have a business cheque account with FNB , and a business home loan for the business for over 13 years.

The cheque and savings account are fine for now, but I have moved the capital to other accounts to be safe as FNB is doing ********* account trickery!

The home loan has been "blocked" for some unknown reason, as the person who assisted me on the phone (afrter the brach couldn't) told me it "seems" that the tax number and insurance policies that need updating. I sent these to *** and NO RESPONSE (I get read receipts!!)

Yet it remains inaccessible for us to retrieve any excess fund. After 13 years of having this home loan that has excess funds in it, FNB decides it would be great to do this at Financial year end with NO WARNING, no email or call, NOTHING!

Please unblock the account, and show some respect towards your long-term clients.
