Home Loan Erroneously Declined Without Explanation

FNB declined my home loan application due to the property valuation - no further explanation was given. I bank with FNB and have already received approvals from Std Bank and Absa. Ironically, the FNB app values the property much higher than the bond I am applying for! So I would love to know why it's been declined?!
