Home Loan - eBucks Reward Points

Totally disappointment with the service I got from FNB Home loan. Promised that I'll be receiving eBucks reward point once my home loan go through. Been on the phone for more than 2 hours. Been transferred to different departments and no one willing to assist me. The rude assistant by the name of Nono Moremoholo decided to drop the call while talking to her.
