Home loan

This is my email to FNB Good day Pleade look at the dates from Outsurance 2*** obviously did I claim at that time . How can you compare 2017 to 2006/2007 Again why can I not speal to a manager I worked in Housing Finance for 13 years . Worked with Home loans for over 20 years. I know and is very away of the fact that an acc fall into arrears if an insurance premium is not paid Again I day I requested 1 For my insurance to be cancelled 2 Bond to be cancelled Where did I ever sign for any letter of Art 129 that was handed to me . Why did the bank not send a tracer when any the letters was RTS . return to sender . Now R8000 later the bank is making tbis my problem This is due to the banks bank's negligence. I paid my car and my house because I knew that was not going to have an income . Both accounts with the same request to cancel the loan . I cannot accept to pay the arrears that incurred due to FIRST NATIONAL BANK NEGLIGENCE. Its an absolute joke to compare insurance claims in 2006 and 2007 with 2017 TEN YEARS LATER !!!! I ask again why does the managers not make time to speak to us . Explain the residual account
