Home loan double deduction 😡

I don't understand why FNB allows you to submit required documents in time to stop them from deducting for a home loan since the money will be deducted directly from the employer. Right NOW im sitting in a position that i had double bond deduction and when i request for fnb to pay me back they are sending me from pillar to post. Do they not realise that the money thereof is for others necessities? I need my money urgently.
