Home loan discrepancy and bad customer service

I have been sending numerous emails regarding the extra amount that we have been paying for our home loan and for the insurance, while we have insurance. I expect the response or I'm taking this futhe. Every time I get a response that someone who is dealing with my account will ever back but no one comes back to me.
