Home loan DISASTER

Be VERY careful when working with this bank. We are applying for a home loan to the value of 5% of the home we already own. The service, empty promises and truly terrible experience all round has made us want to change banks as soon as humanly possible. This bank approved the same loan for much more money a few months ago within a matter of hours. We have been asking for a much smaller loan for over three weeks. They keep promising to get back to us, then don't. It's appalling. DO NOT USE THIS BANK FOR YOUR HOME LOAN.
