Home Loan Disappointment

I was so disappointed with fnb, im a private banker and app**** for a home loan, they were unable to proceed with my application and then when i tried to phone them is was a constant loop of id number press 1 then 2 then id. ABSA was so helpful and i managed to sort everything out within a day. I will be moving all my accounts away from fnb as soon as i can.
