Have a FNB home loan.....am far in advance...have submitted an application to draw on available funds 2 days ago...after numerous phone calls my application still sitting at validations since yesterday afternoon.... previously when I withdrew from my bond it took a few hours......all I get is yr app is at validations????? Seriously????? This is not a new bond I am applying for...this is funds available as I am in advance!!!! Seriously considering going to STD bank to take over my bond at FNB....service levels stink at FNB!
