Home loan Department poor service

I contacted the FNB home loan department twice requesting to fix my interest rate, each time I am told they will escalate my request and provide me with alternative rates for various periods. I have never received feedback for my first or second request.

What must a customer do in order to get assistance from the home loan Department,, their service is rather disappointing
