Home Loan decllined

We have app**** with Ooba to First National Bank for a Home Loan for our new home is White River, only to be declined due to a judgment on my Credit Report, which should not have been there in the first place. My Debt with FNB has been paid up for a while and the judgment should have been removed when payment terms were put into place with the residuals department. My husband and I have a current paid up bond with FNB a house worth more than the bond we are currently applying for, we have sufficient security for a bond etc, First National Bank in all of its wisdom have declined our bond twice now through Ooba. I would like a reasonable response from First National Bank Home Loans as to why they have blind sighted us and made us look like total idiots due to their inefficiency to look further than a judgment. WE have subsequently been approved by ABSA bank, and turned down by Standard Bank and Nedbank due to this judgment.
