Home loan declined

<p>I app**** for a home loan. I was told it has been declined due to the information received from transunion. My lucid report is clear, my transunion score is sitting at 890 points, i don't have arrears in any account. I pay my accounts on time. My gross salry is R48300, my maintenance is R5000 (court orde submitted to substantiate this). I went through a very difficult divorce for 4 years. I really don't understand your lending criteria. My kids maintenance money comes through their fnb fluid account, i have a business account and a premier cheque account with fnb. It is very sad that at the end of the end of the day, we should sit with bank with the 4 major banks, and none of them wants to give credit. It's very sad.</p>
