Home loan decline with stupid reasons

FNB keep treating unfairly, i have tried sticking with them but its getting worse everyday, is not helping me with anything since 2014. my vehicles get financed by other banks, credit cards from other banks, loans approved by other banks when i am paying over R1 000 every month in fees and services. i find it useless to stay with FNB. i recently app**** for home loan and it was declined with some stupid reasons, citing my ABSA vehicle conduct which was in 1 Month arrear in December 2017. FNB is just useless they don't know how to retain their clients.
