Home loan debit orders not consistant

HOME Loan debit orders are on and off did not debit for february and now for April and the next thing they send nasty sms regarding my home loan account being on arrears. Also struggling to get a debit order to be set up for the covid relief for them. No response on Emails and when calling you are given different responses or sent from pilla to post
