HOME LOAN CONSULTANT OBVIOUSLY THINKS ITS A GAME!!
I emailed my home loan application to the consultant to whom my banker referred me on Thursday. I have to drag/fish feedback out of her and I now have two reference numbers for my application. The home loans call center informed me this morning that my application was only submitted today (Monday) -- that means two days have been wasted!! I have until Monday -- one week -- to provide bank sureties!!
I have now app**** to Nedbank for a home loan and will move all my banking to them if they prove to be more efficient.
