Home loan consultant has not processed quote acceptance

FNB, I am very disappointed with how hard it is to get hold of my home loan consultant today.

I don’t want to give you a one star review. You approved my switch bond quickly with a fantastic rate and I am VERY happy with that, so please understand that this is more around individuals not assisting me.

I sent through my signed acceptance of offer last night. My home loan consultant Xanthi Johaar and private banker Theresha Pranesh have to date not acknowledged this. They do not answer their phones. I called the home loan department and my acceptance has not been attached. This means Xanthi and Theresha have not done this. But this quote is only valid five days and it’s now end of day two. This is wasting time. I want to accept the loan. I’m happy with it. But now the people who are supposed to send on the acceptance are unavailable. I have also tried calling Xanthi’s manager (Haley Naidoo) but they are also unavailable. Please can someone urgently assist. If people are out of office, why does their email not say so and why haven’t they delegated. Please urgently ensure that this acceptance is processed.
