Home loan captured on ID not mine

According to FNB I have a home loan under my ID. I don't even bank with FNB and don't live in the area of this home I apparently have.<br> I have been on FNB back since June last year about this as it appeared on ICT. <br> FNB gave me a letter stating that is would be sorted out and cleared, almost a year later I do another check and apply for various jobs and see that ITC still has this loan under my name which is concerning. <br> What happened to the FICA process by checking the details of the person you are talking to surly if this bond is in arrears they will call the client and check the details?<br>
