Home Loan cancellation NOT done

We paid our home loan up two years ago and was informed the begining of last year after a lump sum was added for the years insurance and we didnt cancel ? Now cancel for what if the amount is paid up ..<br> Well we settled and sent a cancellation letter to TLOGI and one year later that same thing appears on our account we now owe again<br> and ive sent the letter again and all i get is an acknowledgement receipt and notrhing else<br> <br> NOW WHO DO I HAVE TO SPEAK TO ????<br> YOU HAVE ALL YOUR MONEY AND I WOULD APPRECIATE IT IF THE BOND IS CANCELLED SEEING AS ITS SUPPOSE TO BE ZERO AND LAST YEAR I WAS FORCED TO PAY CHARGES AND IM NOT PREPARED TO DO IT AGAIN
