Home loan call centre

I received a bad service from FNB home loan call centre. I called in to check if fund are reflecting the home loan account since I receive a call from them today but when I called in I was asked a lot of security question on with they say I got 2 wrong and those two I got wrong is the amount that is outstanding on my home loan and the registered bond amount but I got 5 questions correct and then I was told I should go to the branch with no assistant.

You don't have the heart for the people FNB it is nice for you to receive cash, when you don't receive you are fast to call but when I call you can't help me. Your people or your systems can't pick up that you just call me and I calling you from the very same number you called me today and when I call that very same number it does not receive calls. Wow! You really don't care!
