Home loan arrangements

Hi, My employment contract ended on the 24th, I went to FNB branch in Chris Hani mall Vosloorus to get assistance regarding my home loan so I can do arrangements, they called head office for me and the consultant I spoke with suggested payment holiday because I once saw on E news FNB saying their doors are always open to assist whenever you have problem. The lady emailed me forms to fill also included on email additional documents needed from my side. I then again on the 19th April went back to Chris Hani mall branch again was assisted by a lady by the name of Cordelia Thobejane, she emailed to head office all required documents I was also included on the email. To my surprise today I'm told my bond is in arrears with R1500 while I made arrangements and sent all documents in time. This morning I spoke to a very rude lady by the name of Evelyn Adams whom I asked to speak to her Team leader until now im still waiting for the Team leader to call me. Damn I honestly regret taking a home loan with you guys. Worse I still have the evidence of the email that it is was sent in time.
