Home loan approved and then Denied Due to repaires

Dearest FNB We were approved for a home loan from your side a few weeks ago and after the message you send another one that a inspection of hte property will take place first within 5 days .After the property was inspected you came back and told us that the Home loan is denied due to small things that needed fixing and repairs before hand. <br> <br> Firstly i need to know how am i suppose to fix things on a Sell assist house , if the other bank still holds the house in their name?<br> The price on the how is low due to maintenance required, which will be fixed once the offer is accepted and the house purchased. <br> The security is also an issue in a well known suburb but i can not increase security until i have purchased the property. <br> <br> If you can kindly get back to me on this matter as your reasoning does not make sense at all on the matter or did your inspector not read the offer to purchase and noted that is it is a cell assist house that needs TLC which we are willing to put into it.. Or should i rather contact another bank that will gladly assist me in this matter<br> <br>
