Home loan application that did not go anywhere

I have been waiting for a month now just to hear a yes or a no on a homeloan application. Every now and then I must ask the person working with my application who then will ask a question or two and then nothing further. I have been with FNB for many years and have a impeccable credit record by them so to anybody reading this dont go to this bank for a home loan you might be dissapointed. Even the agents said to me rather try another bank but because FNB is my bank for years I made the error in not listening to them 😕
