Home loan application - NO COMMENT AND SIMPLY THE WORST AND INCONSISTENT BANK

The worst bank ever! I have requested a bond and this application has been dragged since July 2020. The amazing thing is that FNB had no clue what documentation to ask (ghost documents which don't exist) and I have had a bond approved in 2019 with the same documents. And now my current bond has been cancelled as the property was sold. I now request further bond using my EXISTING BOND FREE property for something which I clearly qualified for. The inconsistency from the consultant who has not been very forthcoming to follow up and it is entering into 2 months for this simple application. I was told initially that I would qualify for R1.6 Mil and now I have requested for less. But FNB cannot give me any specific reason as why I did not qualify for less and with very vague replies from them... I have been with them for 20 years + and I truly am a very confused and frustrated client. I have requested for managers to contact me on multiple occasions but not one person would take the initiative to call me and take ownership. I am not surprised as why most FNB clients are leaving and I will be soon doing just that.

Oh and their *** DOESNT WORK ... they have an automated email to further ask me to log another complaint... I wonder how many layers of complaints I need to register before I get to speak to a REAL PERSON!

And once again... FNB has asked me for ITA34 for 2*** which is only due and will be available in Jan 2021. And now they even further advising me that I did not even qualify 80% of the minimal amount I was asking. However they have dragged for 2 months now to tell me today after I have laid the complaint. I have asked Mariette who is the customer sales manager to call me.. but again I guess I am not good enough for them to give me a call. The amount for the initial application to the 2nd one has not even been changed or acknowledged until I have mentioned it to them again.

I will not recommend anyone to bother with FNB or their affiliated grouo of companies They simply think customers are cash ***s and we are not worth their time or energy. So my experience with WESBANK Cape Town extended to this home loan department as well. Misinformation and ***** business practices
