Home loan application flat out declined

I am utterly disgusted with FNB, after 25 years of banking with them, they flat out decline a home loan based of an error on my credit record which was almost 2 years ago!

The real kicker is that every other bank (who we have never dealt with) has approved us. My wife and I both thought that we would have all of our products (Car, home and bank) with FNB but if we cannot get a home loan via our home bank, we will be moving all of our products over to the approving bank.

Very disappointing service from FNB for a loyal customer, maybe its time for a change anyways.

I will be going over my new banks products tonight with my shiny new 7.5% home loan when FNB says that I have a terrible score which is Very low, but according to Clearscore, I am consistently high and going higher, 650 out of 705 is not bad i think right? Well, the other banks think so.
