Home Loan Application and Service

I have a outstanding home loan application that has been in progress since 4 April 2023. The service that I have received is unacceptable, considering I have been a FNB client for a very long time. Trying to contact the consultant is very frustrating. Being constantly told that it would be completed by the end of each week is not longer acceptable.

Surely it should not take this long to approve a loyal clients home loan?
