Home Loan Application

<p>I app**** for a Home Loan and received the following reference: N MTOMBENI - REF: ********** 581565-ID: ********** 324080 . I initially app**** for a loan of R280k which was approved and I went through the remainder of the process. I asked the loan to be increased to R450k which was declined. I dont have an issue with that. One of the agents closed the R280k without consulting me. I was then told when I called in that I would need to reapply for the R280k which I am totally disagreeing with as I never gave a go ahead for that call to be closed. I am now sitting with a situation where I have an agent that is hounding me reagarding my approved application and lawyers that are waiting for my bond approval letters from the bank. Can FNB Home Loans please sort this out asap.</p>
