HOME LOAN APPLICATION

I submitted a home loan application with FNB on the 3rd of May for 680K the application was approved for a lesser amount of 490k (due to affordability- as per their assessment outcome). I requested FNB Home Loans to supply me with a breakdown on how the application was assessment. FNB HL department advised the following 1] Group exposure of R93250.00 (which i do not agree. The account I have with FNB dont amount to this figure- how did they get to this amount) 2] Expenses R13116.10 (which i informed them that my they must deduct 4k to this amount as i am currently paying 4k rent and i want to purchase the property for occupation purposes therefore this expenses will no longer exist and my lease is experiencing in Aug 2016 i would like to get a breakdown on how they go to this amount 3] living expenses of R5274-10 (i would like to know how they get to this figure as there is a 4k varience compared to the actual figure. 4] Surpplus R5396.70 (they must add 4K.
