Home loan application

Hi

I'm FNB customer and all my banking is done through this bank. However, I am now looking for Home loan finance and the same bank is only willing to grant me 67% whereas Standard bank is giving 100% bond and I'm not even their client. I find this situation unfair as I'm advised that FNB generates their own expense calculator as compared to the Standard Bank one, are the banks not regulated by same NCA when it comes to lending? Is this a way of telling me I must take my account to Standard Bank?

I have tried many times to make an appeal and they told me to contact my bond originator and they gave me the go ahead to make the appeal but FNB still do not want to hear my case .
