Home loan Application

I have app**** for a Home Loan through Bond originators and FNB is declining my application with a reason that is not correct. i pay my accounts regularly , i have a excellent credit record and disposable income. i bank with FNB but they are the only bank that declined my application all the banks have approved me but with conditions i am not satisfied with. Why doesn't FNB come to party as i'm their Private Client. What are the benefits of this Private Client , i think it only benefits them as i pay high monthly fees for this type of account. If FNB doesn't help i'm moving my accounts to one of the banks that i will take the bond with,
