Home loan application

We have a Bond with FNB for a land , we want an additional amount to build the house <br> When they process the application they reduce our salaries by 10%(because its extra allowances but they monthly), increase the expenses and give us the higher interest rates which makes it difficult for us to qualifies<br> We do qualifies on other Banks , but moving the land bond to the other it's costly and its a process.<br> When we complain they buy time and give us the same answer without looking at the application...<br> They protect each other, but their service is very Bad and they work against us
