Home Loan Appliacation

I have been banking with FNB for the past 8/9 years and received the worst service to date. No feedback nor help from my private banker nor the consultant working on my home loan. I have requested feedback or asked questions with no reply.

Banks who I don't bank with gave me approvals faster and experienced a better customer experience than the bank I pay monthly!!!! I am so disappointed!!!
