It will be a long list but will try to be short, app**** for further bond wasn't approved when I called Lufuno and he told told that is due to temp loans that I took but are paid of and ware offered by fnb. I give reasons and he ask if i dubmitted proof that dhows extra income and i said yes, then he told me i must hold to check he confirm and i ask why he does not know but he was the one who was doing assesment on my applicationhe couldnt answer except that i must apply after 6 months and he confirmed that both me and my spouse everything is fine but i must wait for 6 months.

Secondly we've app**** for prepaid money, it's the money that we pay extra on our bond it's been 3 weeks now with no communication or money paid to our account.
