Dear Fnb,<br> <br> As per the record below supp**** by the attorneys, please note that we app**** for a bond via Ooba- Marinda Reyneke- on the 5th of March 2015, to the value of R1.35m. This was approved and the registration process was set into motion on the 31st of March 2015<br> <br> However, to my surprise, the bond was revoked due to an error made by the FNB required attorneys - Boshoff Inc- causing FNB to revoke the approval, due to the incorrect address being supp**** by Boshoff Inc- Mc Vd Berg has been asking for this amendment to be done since 5 May 2015,now forcing me to reapply. <br> <br> My concerns- or rather frustration is caused by the following:<br> <br> 1. I am being penalised for a FNB nominated attorney's error and delay in the process- documentation can be provided as to the lack of progress from these FNB nominated attorneys<br> 2. I now need to re- apply for a bond, but the info provided to Fnb by Ooba on the new application is incorrect, and no one from Ooba nor FNB seems interested in assisting us<br> <br> This issue has been caused by the incompetence of FNB and your selected attorney in this matter, however I am at the short end of this situation at NO fault of mine.<br> <br> Regards
