Home loan advancement a nightmare

I have been trying to get a further loan with FNB. The bad customer service that we have been receiving for the past 8 week is appalling. FNB keeps offering personal loans bigger than the amount I requested for my further loan but when it comes to them giving me assistance they are not helpful at all.

After this further home loan I will be moving my home loan to ABSA
