Home loan account technical issues but no proactive communication from bank

The bank is not completely awful, but some things are handled really poorly and warrant a 1 star review. I cannot transfer money from my home loan account because of an error on the banks side. They can't help me until tomorrow when the home loans division is awake. They know there's an error but don't inform the customers about this until we ask what is going on. I keep my money in my loan account to reduce interest, but now I am going to be stuck without electricity and petrol if this is not resolved by the morning. At least communicate the issues if you know they're there.

Second, less urgent issue. The secure chat app sucks. It constantly times out and agents often don't wait for a response before ending a chat. They just decide they can't help and close it or the app times out and closes it for you. Not great.
