I would like to launch a complain my fiancé and i app**** for a home loan which was approved but my husband surname was spelled incorrect we waited 2 weeks for amendment then instead of amending his surname only you messed with my surname and my tittle which was correct now i have to wait for another 2 weeks for you to amend my details, this is really unacceptable your consultants must pay attention to details. please help me sort the issue out quickly Ref ***

15 Apr 2021, 14:14My query still not yet resolved the instruction still not yet sent to the attorney when i called your sales department i was told that the file is now with the credit department to do the quotation since yesterday until today nothing has been done.
