Home loan

I have just taken a home loan with FNB. My home laon was approved on the 28 Aug 2020. And till now i have not received permission to occupy my house. Have sent email to FNB regarding update and why is it taking so long with no reply.

Only the lawyers ( Du Plooy) are responding to my emails saying the only received my file in November while i accepted the offer from FNB 28 Aug 2020.

Very bad service from the bank FNB. Please assist.
