Home loan

Hi I am supposed to have a personal banker who firstly I've never heard from. Then I go into the Stellenbosch branch and ask to apply for a home loan. My details get taken and I'm told a women by the name of Lin will be contacting me. A week goes by and no call from anybody. I had to go to Nedbank to get assistance. Still waiting for FNB to get back to me. Horrible service. I shall be closing all my accounts and take my business to a bank that wants to do business. FNB I fear has got too many clients and have lost touch with the personal service side. Don't open a new account here look for a bank that wants your business
