Home affairs within a bank

I went into fnb the glen to do a finger print verification. They told me to go to the home affairs department in the bank and when i asked them to do a fingerprint verification they told me they can not do it and that i must go to home affairs office. IS THE HOME AFFAIRS IN THE BANK AN OFFICE OF HOME AFFAIRS. when stupid people work in positions they have no idea how to run thats whybthe country is where it is ......why have a service in a bank that doesn't work......no wonder people dont trust government or banks anymore...its DISGUSTUNG that our service industry has collapsed.......
