Home affairs a f**** at FNB branches
Went to the FNB home affairs ID booths to apply for my ID card, 3 people sitting there with not one client, but was shown away by the rep as I was not between 30 - 35 years old, and need to go to the un-thinkable office of Home affairs. They continued to sit there doing nothing. Just 3 weeks prior to this my dad app**** at the same location for his and was assisted without a hitch he is 75. Guess it's just who you get there on the day and whether they feel like doing their job?
