Holds not lifted

<p>I submitted my paper work for my investment account on the 26/06/2017 was told it will take 48 hours to be sorted and the hold to be lifted. I phoned on Thursday and was told there is problem with the account and they will sort it out and get back to me. I phoned telephone backing today and was told that the paperwork that was submitted was never submitted and I need to go back to the bank and redo it. I dont have time to run around and re do things because people cant do thier jobs or are incapible of it. </p>
