Holding time , to speak to a consult
Good day
As I am writing this email, I'm holding for 31 mins, to get through to the collections department ***). I was connected to someone , but when I said hello, they transferred me back to the IVR. THIS IS CRAZY,,, this service is pathetic Can some one call me back urgently.

I have tried numerous of times to call the number that was left on my voicemail

It doesn’t ring.. beeps for 3 seconds.. then literally cuts.
