Holding onto my money for no reason

I did a PayPal transfer last week. The money left my account on 3 July but it still hasn't moved into my Fnb account. I've been trying to get support via the app but they've been moving me back to the start of the queue for the last hour. The problem is not with PayPal. They have already done their side of the transfer.
