Holding on when calling my branch.....for ages................!!!!!!!!
<p>Trying to call my branch - Zambesi Pretoria. Holding on for almost 13 minutes and put down...........When calling back now, it stays engaged!!!!!!!!!!!! USELESS!!!!!! A branch can't be THAT busy just after 9 in the morning??????????????????</p>
