HOLDING MY MONEY BACK!

FNB put a hold / pledge on my account after I received a refund from SARS. I was never notified of this in any form, and when I call them I get informed that I have to wait 48 hours or call SARS to find out why a hold was placed. According to SARS they have not placed any hold on the funds as it was a correct refund. I am given the run around by FNB to get to my own money! This is unfair treatment and totally unacceptable. FNB, get your act together and release my money to my account today still!
