Holding my deposit hostage for unreasonable amounts of time.

I have a Non-Resident account and am constantly dealing with FNB failing to release my funds within a reasonable amount of time. Currently, it's been 6 days since I've sent over my transfer and I'm sitting with R35k pending that I can't even access. I have bills to pay and I'm unable to even begin addressing that. I'm never given a reason they're stalling on releasing my funds- sometimes it happens within a day, but I've had holds that lasted nearly 2 weeks.

It's ridiculous. I just want to be able to get my groceries and pay my bills. But they'll be sure to take their cut right on time. Secure chat doesn't work, and every time I try to call I end up sitting with dead air and not getting a live rep.
