Holding money that does not belong to u
I had a issue with Pick n Pay reserving funds on my account. I was instructed by Pick n pay to contact my bank to have the hold removed as they have received their money. Now they take money from my account with out my consent - put the hold back!

Is that the way you speak to clients ? Very unprofessional - How can I report this behavior to management?
Yes I am upset as simple instructions were not followed and I was not kept in the loop of what is happening with my account.
Due to the actions of FNB I will be moving ALL my accounts to Standard Bank. It is very clear that my business is not valued and I am not appreciated or respected.
