Holding for FNB debit order reversal for over 2hrs while overseas!!!!!

Good day,

I am in Australia for holiday and there has been unauthorized debit orders in my account.

Can you imagine I have been on hold trying to get through to FNB's debit order reversal fro the past 2 hours paying in $s. What the **** is going on ???? So upset with FNB. I'm changing to anlother bank as soon as I get back to South Africa. Crazy crazy stuff!!!!!! No call center management!!!!
