HOLD ON THE LATE ESTATE ACCOUNT

Good day, my name is Reagile Nyama. I've opened a late estate account of behalf of my dad as he is the executor of my late mothers' estates. My mother passed aways in 1999. The certificate of appointment (letter of authority) that we have is the old one and not the same as the letter of authority that is currently being issued out .

We managed to open the account ,however there is a hold on that account ,which i do not understand the reason for it and so are the assistants from the branch . This is the second late estate account that we have opened ,the first one was closed due to that hold and this one might close as well because of the same hold.

It is clearly not our fault that we have the old letter of authority and according to the masters of the high court ,they cannot change the certificate of appointment to the letter of authority because it is an estate opened before 2004.

Can you PLEASE!!!!! assist with this matter as it getting out of hand, we've been at this case since 2020.PLEASE REMOVE THAT HOLD ON THE ACCOUNT so that we can commence with the claims .
